Impacts of UV rays from the sun into our skin


The sun is very important because it is the sole provider of light and heat to our solar system. The earth lean on upon the energy of the sun. There are innumerable health benefits and healing power a UV ray of the sun can do to us. One of these is that the viruses or bacteria that harbor some part of our exposed skin cannot live for a long period of time if exposed to UV ray. Exposure to sun light may also increases the white blood cells count in our body. And one of the most common and important benefits of sun is activation of Vitamin D that is present in our skin which is responsible for the  proper preservation and utilization of calcium in the bones in our body.


It is only advisable to exposed skin to the sun around 8am-10am in the morning and beyond 5pm in the afternoon. It is discouraged to get exposed from 11am -3pm in the afternoon where the UV rays are its peak-time.


Exposure to sunlight is good for you if used in the right time. Its benefits are many and impressive. If you have medical problem, seek your physician first before using any sunscreens. But if you are just normal person, no need to seek medical advice just enjoy the sun because it will help you feel better, more active and you will achieve better health.
